The Defending section analyzes how the opponent attacks against the selected team. It covers where the opponent starts their attacking sequences, how they enter the box, and which shots were conceded.
Using the analysis
Each tab follows the same analysis workflow. Selecting a zone or event automatically updates the related visualizations and synchronizes the table view. Every event and sequence can be opened directly in the video player from either the visualization or the table. Clips can also be added directly to a playlist.

Navigating the section
Three tabs are available at the top of the screen:
Opponent Ball Starts
Opponent Box Entry
Conceded Shots
Select a tab to switch between views.
Opponent Ball Starts
Opponent Ball Starts shows where the opponent started possessions from any of their dead ball moments and how each possession developed.
The page consists of three linked visualizations.
Ball Start locations
The left visualization displays where Ball Starts begin. Select a zone or to display all sequences that started from that location.The result can be further refined by selecting the badges:
Green: Positive
Yellow: Neutral
Red: Negative
Sequence zones
The middle visualization displays every zone the selected sequence passed through. Only zones containing an event, such as a pass or dribble, are included.
Sequence flow
The right visualization displays the complete path of the selected sequence from start to finish. selecting a sequences shows the pop-up video of the full sequence.

Opponent Box Entry
Opponent Box Entry shows how the opponent entered the penalty area against the selected team. The left panel displays three fixed categories, each with its own pitch visualization:
Crosses: The top visualization displays the zones where crosses originate. divided into Early crosses, Late crosses and Cutback crosses, each shown in a distinct color.
Dribbles: The second view displays the amount of dribbles per zone that resulted in a box entry by the opponent.
Box Receptions: The bottom view displays receptions inside the penalty area by the opponent.
Selecting a zone or event within any of these categories updates the middle panel with the corresponding event locations on the pitch and populates the table on the right with individual events including Time, Events, Player and Position.

Selecting an event on the pitch or a row in the table (right-hand side) opens the corresponding video clip.
Conceded Shots
Conceded Shots provides an overview of all shots the opponent took against the selected team during the match.
Shot zones
The upper visualization displays where shots and goals were taken by the opponent. Select a zone to display only the shots from that area.Shot locations
The visualization below displays the locations of the selected shots by the opponent.The table view automatically updates with the corresponding events.Match statistics
The bottom of the page displays key shooting statistics of the opponent, including:

Selecting an event on the pitch or a row in the table (right-hand side) opens the corresponding video clip.
Adding events to a playlist
Individual events or sequences can be selected directly from the table using the checkboxes. Multiple rows can be selected at once for bulk actions. Or add a clip to a playlist straight from the clip pop-up.
Once selected, the clips can be added to an existing playlist or folder. For a full overview of how to create and manage playlists, refer to Playlists & Folders.
