Our Playlists & Folders feature allows you to create, organize and share specific highlights of both players and teams. This helps you to analyze more efficiently and collaborate more effectively within your organization.

Where can you use Playlists & Folders?

This feature is available in both the Performance Center and Recruitment Center, depending on your access rights. Our Playlists & Folders are fully synchronized across both platforms. Essentially, it’s one unified product accessible through two different platforms.

Platform: Performance Center

Platform: Recruitment Center

Note: this feature within the Recruitment Center is only available if you have access to the Video Scouting module.

How do you create Playlists & Folders?

  1. Navigate to Playlists.

  2. Press on ‘Add’.

  3. Choose:

    - Add Playlist – to create a single playlist (e.g., Crosses of Player X).

    - Add Folder – to group related playlists together (e.g., Offensive Actions of Player X, subdivided into Crosses and Shots).

  4. Name your Playlist or Folder, and define who can view and edit it:

    - Only owner: Only the creator can view and edit the playlist.

    - Selected users: Choose specific users from your team and define who can edit.

    - Entire team: All team members within your account can view the playlist; select who can edit. Learn more about how to create or manage users with our User Management feature.

  5. Click ‘Add’ to save your Playlist or Folder. It will now appear in the overview.

  6. Click on the Playlist or Folder name to open it.

  7. Inside a Folder, you can press ‘Add Playlist’ to include additional playlists following the same steps as above.

  8. Initially, your Playlist or Folder will be empty. You can add highlights from different parts of the platform, such as:

    - Event Viewer (Performance Center)

    - My Game Plan (Performance Center)

    - Game Analyser (Performance Center)

    - Video Scouting (Recruitment Center)

How to add highlight to a Playlist or Folder?

  4. Choose the Playlist or Folder you’d like to add the clips to.

  5. The selected highlights will now appear in your Playlist or Folder.

You can add notes to individual clips to enhance collaboration with colleagues or communicate directly with a player. Please note that this is only possible if you have editing rights for the playlist.

Tip: You can drag and reorder clips within a playlist to ensure your content is structured and tailored to your needs.
