The Playlists & Folders is a feature that allows you to create, download and organize certain highlights of both a player and team which makes analyzing more efficient.
How do you create Playlists & Folders?
1) Go the SciSports Performance Center (https://performance.scisports.app)
2) Go to the feature 'Playlists'
3) Press on 'Add'
4) Press on 'Add Playlist' (when you would like to add a single playlist, e.g. Crosses of Player X). Press on 'Add Folder' (when you would like to collect multiple playlists related to each other, e.g. Offensive Actions of Player X, subdivide into Crosses and Shots)
5) Create a playlist or folder by adding a name and select who can view and edit it.
If you click 'Only owner', the 'View' and 'Edit' functions are only available to the creator.
If you click 'Selected users', the playlist is available to the users you have selected from your team. You can select which of the users you give authority to 'Edit' the playlist. Read more about how to create or manage users here.
If you click 'Entire team', all users associated with your account have access to view the playlist. You can select who you give authority to within your team to 'Edit' the playlist. This can be a selection of users or the whole team.
6) Press on 'Add' and the created Playlist or Folder will be visible in the overview.
7) Press on the name of the created Playlist or Folder to open up.
8) Press on 'Add Playlist' to create a Playlist within a Folder. Then repeat the process from step 5.
9) After you add a Playlist to the created folder, it will appear in the overview.
Obviously, both this Playlist and Folder are empty because no highlights have been added yet. Read on below if you want to know how to add them. You can directly add highlights to your created Playlist of Folder from our Event Viewer, My Game Plan and Game Analyzer.
10) In this example, we are going to add several highlights from the Event Viewer. Therefore, press 'Event Viewer' on the Match Center drop-down menu.
11) Set the right filters to get to the events of Player X you would like to analyse. Click here for more information about Event Viewer.
12) Press on 'Add clips to Playlist'
13) Select the Playlist (or Folder) to which you want to move the highlights.
14) All selected highlights can now be found in your created Playlist or Folder.
15) You can place notes at each highlight for better collaboration with colleagues or Player X.
Additionally, it is also possible to move Playlists (drag function) to any folder you want. This provides the ability to be organized and structured.
If you want to share the playlist you can copy the URL and send it to your colleague or player. He or she can open the URL on his laptop, or mobile device and use this functionality there.
