SciSports is delighted to announce a significant upgrade in its Recruitment Application's data infrastructure. The enhanced environment on which the Application is now run means that there will be a number of direct benefits for customers.

Below, we take a closer look at how it has already lead to some major developments in the Recruitment Application.

The Recruitment Application has risen from around 189,000 to 230,000+ players. This update includes a wide range of players being added to the platform across different leagues, continents and age groups.

With added reliability across leagues, this enables more freedom to benchmark players in your current squad versus potential incoming transfers.

In addition to the data-driven insights provided, having these players available in the platform allows you to track them with Labels and Comments. As such, enabling you to track players across youth competitions until more granular data becomes available or their sample size of minutes played increases.

Within the Players tab, you can use the playing time filter to suit your specific use case.

As shown below, you can filter on four key metrics:

Please also note that playing time is calculated based on domestic league matches only and therefore doesn't include national or international cup competitions.

Another upgrade is the new look playing style radars. Now, radars will only include the Player Roles that the selected player has aligned with during the chosen season.

As shown above, the previous iteration including a number of Player Roles that Bayer Leverkusen's Paulinho did not align with during the season. In contrast, the new iteration presents the playing style with only relevant roles shown - removing the noise of Pressing Forward and other roles where he has no alignment.
