Other Authenticator apps will not work.
SciSports applications are developed to work in Google Chrome. Internet applications like Safari, Firefox or others might lead to problems and are not supported.
2FA Authenticator
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an identity and access management security method that requires two forms of identification to access the SciSports platform. 2FA gives you as a user the ability to monitor and help protect information and networks.
How to set up the 2FA Authenticator for your SciSports account?
To implement the 2FA authenticator click on the profile icon at the top right, a tab opens with the following options: profile, users, settings, logout. Click on the ‘Profile’ option.
You will then be redirected to your profile page, where you can click on ‘Two factor’ on the left.
Here you have the option to enable the 2FA Authenticator by clicking the button.
Follow the instructions displayed on the page.
Store the codes in a safe place. If you lose your device and no longer have the recovery codes, you will lose access to your account.
The 2FA Authenticator has been successfully implemented on your account. When logging in to SciSports again, the platform will ask for your authenticator code via the authenticator app. As a result, your account is now well-secured.

Reach out to support@scisports.com, because we have to reset your user account, from where the 2FA steps needs to be taken again. Ofcourse while using the Google Authenticator:

It might be that you are starting from the 'wrong' url. Try to start from either performance.scisports.app or recruitment.scisports.app
