Step 4: After clicking on “Upload files” a new pop-up screen will appear, in this screen you can select a match from the fixture list and choose the correct options for the corresponding number of video and match sheet files under “Video type” and “Match sheet type”.

Video type

Single video: For uploading a full match recording including/excluding half time period.

Two videos: For uploading the 1st half and 2nd half recording as separate video files.

Match sheet type

Single match sheet: For uploading a single match sheet covering both the home and away team preferably. This option is also used for the sheet covering the home team only if the opponent's information remains unknown.

Two match sheets: For uploading two sheets covering the home team and away team in two separate files.

NOTE: For video uploads we only support .MP4 files, for match sheet uploads we only support .PDF.

Step 6: After selection of the files continue by clicking on the orange ‘Upload’ button in the right bottom corner of the pop-up screen. The upload starts at the bottom of the pop-up for all selected files, the blue bar indicates the progress of uploading per file. Please do not close this page before the upload is confirmed and completed for all files. Once completed you will be redirected automatically to a confirmation screen.

Step 7: Below you will see how the confirmation screen looks like. If you did not end up on this page in the process you’ve not completed the upload process and thus we did not receive your files. If something failed during your upload process (e.g. internet connection lost), the advice is to redo the process from step 1 onwards until you enter upon the screen as indicated below.

Congratulations! You’ve completed the process for a single match. After closing the pop-up via the orange “Close” button in the right bottom corner you can continue with delivery of files for another match or using other features within the platform.

FAQ

Q: Can I complete the upload process multiple times for the same match fixture?

A: No you cannot. If you received information from SciSports about incorrect files received and you’re willing to deliver the correct versions at a later stage, please discuss with your contact persons the best workflow for uploading the correct files.

Q: Are multiple users within my account able to upload files?

A: Yes, based on your own preferences. The ClubAdmin of your account can enable or disable the functionality for a user on the Permissions tab within a user’s profile via https://manage.scisports.app as shown on the below screenshot.
