By filling in these basic pieces of information, you'll lay the groundwork for a match sheet that captures the essence of the game by SciSports.
Step 2: Roster and Line up
Once you've completed the initial details, it's time to move on to the next step: filling in the player roster. Under the "Roster" section, you'll enter the following information for each player:
POS: The abbreviation of the position of the player on the pitch
#: Jersey number of the player
Player Name: First and last name of the player written in full

Tips:
Check if all player names are complete
Check if all player numbers are complete
Once the roster is complete, the next step is to establish the line-up by assigning player numbers to their respective positions. This process is carried out for both halves of the match, including only those players who are on the field at the time of kickoff moment.
If a player plays multiple positions, just list the primary position the player typically plays.

This section ensures that each player's role and identification are accurately recorded in the match data.
Tip:
The total number of filled positions should equal the number of players in the lineup - E.g. for a 11 vs. 11 game there should always be 11 player positions filled on the 1st Half lineup. If no incidents happened (e.g. red card) the same should be true for the 2nd Half lineup.
Step 3 : Match Events and Substitutions
Moving forward, the subsequent step involves recording the pivotal events of the match. These include goals scored, yellow/red cards issued, and substitutions made during the game.
To document goals and card incidents, simply input the minute of the event in the box that appears after the corresponding player.

The final step in completing the match sheet involves recording the substitutions that occurred. This is done by entering the numbers of the player leaving and entering the field, along with the minute of the substitution during the match.
Tips:
Please also list any substitutes that took place during half time
Players cannot be subbed in when not on the bench
Players cannot be subbed out when not on the pitch
Players cannot play with the same shirt number on the same side

After following all the steps above, the completed Match Sheet should look like this:
