The SciSkill Potential projects the level a player will reach by their peak age, which most players reach in their late 20s. Players in more defensive positions like goalkeepers and defenders typically reach their peak abilities at a later age than players in more offensive positions like wingers and forwards.

We define a player's peak ability as the maximum SciSkill a player is expected to reach throughout their career based on the SciSkill development to date. The SciSkill Potential is computed by projecting a player's SciSkill development to a date into the future based on the SciSkill development of older players who had a similar SciSkill development as the player.
