Latest updates within this release of the Recruitment application include additional features in the Career Statistics and Compare functions.

In the updated Career Statistics page, users have the option to view a chosen player's general data from the last three domestic league seasons - including appearances, minutes played, starts, goals, assists, yellow cards and red cards.

This view can also be customised in the 'All position groups' tab where you can create and manage your own views. Here you are able to create your own profiles from 50+ metrics available.

Like in the snapshot above, you can create your own positional profiles in line with these metrics.

Once you have set your positional profiles as shown above, you can then compare players by these Career Statistics directly.

Like we see in the case of Bellingham, Barella and Gravenberch in the view above, this provides a clear overview of where the players rank against each other in line with your specific key performance indicators.
