The labels feature added to the Recruitment application is a great way of increasing collaboration among colleagues at your organisation. Alongside the comments feature outlined here, adding labels to players within the application allows you to efficiently add your own insight to players within the database.

By adding to the range of data-driven insights such as SciSkill, Player Roles and Performance, creating and managing labels enables you to add your own insight on players and streamline workflows more effectively.

Below, we take you through each of steps required to create lables within the Recruitment app.

1. Go to a player's page

As shown below, the top right-hand side of a player's page includes the option to add a label. Next to this, there are icons that show you how many labels, shortlists and comments are associated with the player.

2. Create and save a label

Once you are on a player's page that you want to label, head to the top right and click on Manage. Hit 'Add a label' to then be presented with the option to 'Manage labels'. As shown in the below screen, it is very simple to add your own labels with custom titles and colours. In this case, we want to be able to label players that we've found through the application and are worth further investigation via video scouting.

Once you have added a label to the player, you will be able to see the labels he is associated with, within their player page. Using labels for a variety of different reasons allows you to streamline processes within your organisation.

3. Filter the players tab by labels

Let's now say that you want your colleague to video scout some players that you find interesting within the Recruitment app. An easy way to find the list of players associated with these labels is to use the filter on the left-hand side - as highlighted below.

As you can see, the labels can be used to quickly find the players for a specific label. Over time, an increased number of players under different labels will enable a more streamlined process for searching in the players tab.

4. Manage labels

Finally, the 'Manage labels' section allows organisations to keep the process streamlined in terms of adding labels and also deleting them. Please note that only Club Administrators can manage the labels.
